I cut the top tube with a hacksaw and then had it re-welded (Tig) with bulkheads and installed bungs for the filler and fuel outlet.

Felt Medical Corps Bike

Here are some photos of the Felt bike and the Skyhawk 48cc. I just mounted the siren which only took about a year to figure out. Now, it is all about accessories. Lots of fun to ride and it gets a measured 132 miles per gallon at 20 mph.
