I started with each Center Bolt on each Plate, then the 1st Bolt in each Plate, then the 3rd Bolt in each Plate, working my way around, gradually tigh
I had to gently pry on the plates here to stretch the rubber gaskets enough to allow the plates to not overlap.

Completed installation of new Sprocket onto Rear Wheel.
Next is to mount the Rear Wheel back on the Bicycle.
Rear Wheel mounted. Put the Rear Fender back on.
Slide Push Rod into Rear Axle and tighten Shimano Bell Shifter onto Axle. Put Bicycle in 2nd Gear and adjust nut on cable to put yellow dot centered

Good install. I used a hi stop coaster hub, so I only needed the inside donut. The gear sits on the hub right under the dust cap.
