Yes it's an aerosol can. Here in NZ north island we have a wood-eating insect we call borer.This can contained the chemical we spray on timber to kill the borer. The can is more-or-less the right volume of the cylinder and transfer ports & fuel pipe and it seems to work very well. I carefully removed the working part of the spray nozzle and soldered in the brass nipple then finished it off with that neadable epoxy-resin then spayed it all with rust proofing paint. I reacon it was worth all the fiddling. Thanks for the comment.
