On the flat with no wind it will eventually get up to 28mph. I haven't checked range yet, but with the experience I've learned from my 36V e-bike I expect it to be around 30-34 miles. The nice thing about the e-bikekit.com kit is that it comes with a 3 speed switch. I can put this one in 2 and the top speed is 22 mph which matches the 36V bike in 3, so I can ride together with a guest.
