Original fan driven governor arm now used to activate a rev-limiter. The kill switch wire is insulated on the gov. arm, and contacts the coat hanger wire connected to the engine mounting bolt. It doesn't kill the motor, only keeps it from overspeeding.

This also functions as a kill switch by idling the engine and pushing up on the plastic insulator.
