Bottom view. (Brackets came with all the hardware & bolts. Also came with rear wheel adjusters that fit into the dropouts. Kinda like the ones you see

1st drilled 2 1/8" holes, then "wallered" them larger w / a 3/8" bit. And don't forget the RED locktite on these!
