This is a pic of the brace I just made for the wheel on my sidecar tub. I used an old leaf spring, cut it down and welded it on.
I made two cushions in case one got dirty I didn't have to pull the whole seat for cleaning.
You just slip it on, tighten the wingnuts and Viola, ready to go
The EMT I used to mount the sidecar had too much play in it so I started from scratch and this is what I came up with. I cannibalized an exercise bike
