The bike frame is a dyno beach crusier, from what I understand they no longer make that frame. You could still find them, usually on craigslist for around $100 to $350 depending on the bike model. The rest of the bike components outside of the frame & crank was put together with a board tracker design in mind most of those parts were found at motorcycle/bicycle swap meets around the Los Angeles area.
