Actually fastboy, I put expansion chamber on other stretched bike. Although currently gonna fabricate one for my fastest army bike. Only has 48cc starfire, but does a real 35mph all day long with my 218lb carcass sittin on it.Thanks for the incentive of 44mph!

Smashing! That's crazy fast! I pieced together two pipes with the same expansion chamber {post pix tomorrow} and gained alot of speed. My top speed about 34MPH on police speed trap. You doin 44 is awesome!Tell us you wear a helmut?!

Thanks! Absolutely. As a test I removed my boost bottle and hooked up my HHO fuel cell to the manifold inlet (where the boost was hooked up to) I swear with the HHO gas I gained 20% In torque and speed. Im sure the HHO gas vapor mixed with the fuel it burned 100% of the fuel going into the jug.

If I were to leave this setup permanent I would have to retard the timing slightly to get the full benefit and make it purr. (It did run fine without the timing change though) To sum it up...HHO is 100 times more explosive than the gas/oil mix. So when mixed together the flash/spark burns all of the fuel. You think it would run hotter, but the top end actually runs cooler since your not throwing all of that unburned raw fuel out of the exhaust.

Remember that I only did this test for about 1.5 hrs of total run time. I cant say what would happen after extended running time. But, the HT are priced rite to run tests on. Hope this helps. graucho

      Hey,
Just a quick question - where did you find the law statute regarding the 200W power rating equality for petrol/electric bikes? I might be ended up using it in a court of law :(

i got it off ebay under minimoto parts, got it for 99p lol and 8 pound postage.

im from the UK so it might be difficult to get in the US.

i think davesmotors.com used to sell them in the US, not sure if they still do though.

      Hope this helps!

      Hi,

We used to but ebay overcharged us one month and instead of reviewing, suspended our account for none payment for 12 months, basically trying to blackmail us into paying.
I recently used my girlfriends user to put a classified ad on but the removed it saying they thought someone had hacked her account....
      :-(
