Here Is A Pic Of The Mirror Mount, Not Any Mirror Vibrations. Have Been Riding It About An Hour Every Evening For Almost A Month. Have The Parts For A Diy Spring Loaded Chain Tensioner, Have Not Needed It, But I Like Them On A Pull Start. I Had One Problem. A Tank Mount Bolt And Shoulder Collar Fell Out. I Heard It Hit My Pedal, Thought Something Flew Up Off The Road. The Next Day I Found The Spacer In The Turning Lane. Used the thumb throttle with dual brake. Shifter on left, it is a 7 speed, need to do some adjusting for 7th gear. planned on changing to a twist throttle later. After riding it, now i prefer the thumb throttle. When upshifting, must let off on the throttle or it slams, bangs into gear severly. When you let off and give it a second to shift, it is smooth. Ron

That Rear Wheel Has The 34 Tooth Cog For Low Gear. Did Not Need It But It May Come In Handy. I Have Most Of The Parts For An "inframe" Titan Shifter Build. Have Not Rode My 2 Cvt Free Wheel Bikes For A While. The Yellow Shifter Is My Main Squeeze For Now!! Lol. The 6 Speed Is Addictive. Motors Should Last Much Longer, Fuel Milage Should Be Much Better. No Vibrations!! Parts Run Around $400-$450. Plus A Bicycle. Also This Is A Dual Suspension. Ron

Great built! Congratulations!

Where did you get all the parts? Did you have to customize anything?

I have a 52cc Mitsu clone with 76 mm clutch, it should work too, right?

Yes It Will Work. Any Engine That Bolts Up To 5:1 Ratio Gear Box With The 76mm Clutch Shoes. Many Motors Bolt Up. I Need To Check And See Who Started This Thread. I May Be Out Of Line Posting My Build In Here. If I Did Wrong, I Did Not Mean To. Ron
