Not having any photos to go by, generally a frame that has a 13.5 in. seat tube (measured from the center of the bottom bracket to the center of the top tube) would be to small a frame to get a motor into. But there have been photos posted here of BMX bikes with motors shoe horned into the front triangles. But a profile photo of the bike would help greatly with this type of determination.
