My 2nd build. I found this frame in a dumpster. It's solid. Runs great with the 55cc hop-up kit. Upgraded throttle, and rims & tires. Used a gas line off of a motorcycle. Don't forget to use plenty of red thread locker! I plan on getting some better pix up later.

Nice dumpster find. How can someone toss a classic like that?

the serial # will tell you right to the month of manufacture
  6. Lorcher, a half link on that pedal chain will eliminate the need for the tensioner for about $2-$3. Nice find/build!

Already tried a half link and it did not work out.

My problem now is ultra high revving when I let off the throttle and pull in the clutch at stops. I think my float is sticking or something.
