1999 whizzer wiring diagrahm needed

I can't seem to find a wiring diagram for a 99 whizzer. Can anyone out there email one to me. I'm new and from Bangor, Maine and just love these whizzers. I had one as a kid in the early 50's and just bought a 32 mile 99 model. I got it cheaper because the fellow couldn't figure how to fix the electricals. I can with a schematic. Thanks Jim.
