I ned to know what to torque my 66cc cylinder head nuts to in foot pounds?

Welcome to the forum. There is a Sticky at the top of this section of the forum that gives to torque specs. Look under: What Every NOOB Needs To Read. To convert inch/lbs to ft/lbs divide by 12.

Many forum members have years of experience with small engines, bicycles and other related interests and an answer is probably some where here on this forum.

As a suggestion, in the future try the Stickies first, do a search and then ask the question. Many times I've found the answer while just using the search engine Google.
