2 stroke was cruising along and died!!!!!

i was riding my 2 stroke last night and all of a sudden it died, it will not start back up, I get peddling and it pops once and a while and thats it!!!!!! any ideas on what it could be? im thinking cdi box or magneto. What should i do? i have to go to work at 5 today, im screwed...
