Hi All,
I tried to do a search for my question but with no luck.I was wondering is there such thing as a bike sprocket that will fit a # 35 mini bike chain? I want to put together a motorized bike project using a 60 tooth sprocket that uses a #35 chain.I've seen the many sprockets that the motorized bike kits use but also didn't know what chain size they use.

Thanks...

Nope. The #35 has a 3/8" pitch. The sprockets made specifically for bikes are 1/4" pitch.

Now, it can be be done, but if I understand you,, you have the 60 tooth #35 and want to use a standard bike engine. If that is the case, a custom engine speocket will have to be made and fitted.

Cheaper to buy a 1/2" pitch sprocket. If you have an engine that uses a #35 sprocket, it should not be too hard to fit the 60 tooth sprocket, but it will have to be modified to fit a bike wheel.

Bikeman...

I tried the same idea a while back as I had many #35 parts left over.

Short of having one specially made for it, there is no source at all to get a #35 bike sprocket.
