Clutch 52cc HF water pump clutch bushing fix

    If you did not buy bolts when you ordered the clutch for your 52cc huasheng engine, you will need to use shoulder bolts with a special size shoulder. I didn't want to screw around with it, so i wanted to be using standard bolts (they're either m8 or m7, havent measured em yet). the clutch bushing can be downsized effectively with some 3/8 tubing and a flaring tool.

    #@$#%$ huashengs! only engine thats had me completely beaten...

    its a 4 stroke!

    this is the 2 stroke page!

    which clutch, btw? i sleeved mine...5/8 i think the clutch was, hs is a 1/2 inch shaft... was tricky, anyways :)

    This is a 2 stroke huasheng. This is the same as a monster scooter parts engine.

    my mistake. water pump and huasheng equals 4stroke to me... sorry :(

    No problems. The bushings are working out great.

    Thanks abd,
    that's a helpful tip. I used my Subaru bolts 'till the HF ones came in 2 months later. The HF replacements (for the auger) fit great and stopped the slight chatter but this looks like a great work around.

    theres a little bit of chatter here, doesnt bother me though.
