80cc raw ring gear removal

I can't get the ring gear out to replace it. The tool seems to be of no use. I need help....................

Make sure you took the nut and washer out from under the tool. You are using the tool correctly. Loosen the inner part of the tool and then securely tighten the out part into the clutch. Use a wrench to tighten the inner part and it will pop the clutch out.
