Hi

On the newest of the new generation of Whizzer motors is the green wire from the altenator for ground??

Hi Brent,
Need to know which version Whizzer. Is it a NE-r or Ambassador motor? Do you know if the alternator has 6 coils or 8?

Often Whizzer used the green wires as a second ground system, however I will need to look at the wires from the alternator to see if any are at ground on the later motors.

Thanks for the reply. The altenator has 8 coils/poles and I am installing it my custom bike I made my own wiring harness years ago for a wci motor. The other 4 wires have the same color coading as my wc1, so I am assuming they hook up the same as the older altenator.
