New member here. I've built a number of motorbikes based on 2-cycle motor and just purchased a 1999 Whizzer. While trying to find a replacement air filter I found this and decided to pass it on. Kohler p/n 230840 fits under filter cover perfectly. It's just a bit larger than stock. You can see my builds at Motorbikereplicas.com
