Moved to Gilbert AZ. Going to buy Golden EAgle honda Gx35 1.6hp OHC mini 4 stroke. Is there anyway I can ride this to work without getting pulled over, or cited for no insurance since it's capable of going 25+mph? Is there any alternative for commuting extremely cheap?

Word is that the cops there aren't insisting on full legal compliance. Just drive within the speed limit and don't drive dangerously. Best to use a helmet also.

35cc is well within the law in AZ. I think the max is 49cc. As Jag said, behave and the cops will show no interest. However, watch your speed in the bike lanes. Keep it at 20mph there. Though there is usually a perfectly good sidewalk available, people will jog, skate, walk, stroller and dog walk in the bike lane and any collisions will be blamed on the motorbike.
