Baby Mosquito engine

I have a Baby Mosquito motor (unknown age) & it needs rings & maybe a new cylinder (flaking chrome.) Does anyone know of sources for parts or if it's worth it to try to restore it? Thanks.

I saw a Baby Mosquito, last summer. It was for sale, with some other antique bikes, (from a private collection) at a M/C shop in Missouri.

This is a display from Luke's collection "where's the mosquito?" (the lowest mounted engine, on the frame.....right there by Waldo! )
