Back wheel won't move

Ok so I post earlier and I'm still kind of having the problem. I found out that it's the chain that's stopping the wheel from moving. Not sure how to fix it. If the chain isn't on the wheel the wheel moves like nothing so it's something with the chain
 
your chain is most likely locked up in the drive sprocket behind the plate where the clutch bar is located. you can unlock it up with a strong screwdriver and some pressure. the reason for the lock up might be improper chain alignment or the drive sprocket teeth are not shaped or molded properly. you can either file down the teeth or increase the chain tension to almost no play and hope the chain and some riding will force mold the chain. once the sprocket teeth are shaped properly either by filing or force you can relax your chain tension.
