BGF Expansion Chamber

Has anyone tried the BGF Expansion Chamber? He's selling them for $38 + $15 S&H. item #190547594146. Any thoughts/comments? I know BGF has had some bad incidents posted on here, but the chamber is a complete unit...kinda hard to mess up, even as a drop vendor I would think this might be OK.

My friend has that, bought it from somewhere else on ebay. It has low end power and is very noisy. I reckon it would be quite good if modified with a longer pipe and muffler.
