Pretty soon,
There will be a Next Generation Happy Time Motor
that is all made out of Billet. Completely balanced and trued,
with optimum porting and port timing. All O-ring sealed.
This motor will have more than twice the horsepower than the
original, and rev much higher. It will last much longer and be
more reliable too.

I can't wait to try the new billet motor on my bike.

Stay Tuned...... =-]'

All for a price you can't beat anywhere.........period.

My chopper does 44 mph in 4th gear right now with the bad stock fuel curve.
With the correct jet, I'll push past 50mph with a stock motor.

44mph is really good! You got that 80cc running right! I love the shift kit!

I can't wait to see the new HT motor. I still want one on the bike, for enjoyable riding, and if the new one has more HP, that's excellent!

BTW, my bro's 80cc 4-stroke pusher/cargo trailer is up and running, but we are still fine tuning it before going on really long rides. So far, it does 38 Mph on flat ground, and over 42mph on just a slight downhill. Also averaging 135MPG! I'm starting to see the light how smaller cc's can be made to go fast.

Brett,
can you find out if creative engineering can engineer a 3/4 to 5/8 steel keyed sleeve? I need one for a tav 30 project. It must be at least 2.5 inches long. the tav 30 driver is 3/4 bore, but I want it to fit my 5/8 bore honda.
let me know soon, or post his shop number etc.

thanks,
Mike

Hey Mike,

Please check your measurements. I just bought a TAV30 for my 6hp Robin engine, which has a 3/4" shaft. The kit that Comet supplies to you MIGHT be made for an engine w/a 1" shaft. My kit was for a 3/4" shaft engine; it has a sleeve to fit my 3/4" shaft.

So you might need an adaptor sleeve from 1" to 5/8" step down.

If you have a Honda 50 w/2.5hp, ya might also want to inquire if the TAV30 will work well w/this engine.

Is it just me or does this thing look like it would fit in some pretty tight confines?:devilish:
