Trying to start a bike club/chapter in my area. Anyone know we're I should start or how?

some motorcycle clubs can be territorial, get in contact with the local lead MC and discuss it with them. they probably won't have any issues, especially if you're trying to start a special interest club, but it's worth staying friendly. nobody is concerned about riding clubs, you could start one of those instead.

I don't know of any clubs. I'm in North ca. I'm new in this but love and and want to get something started. We're can I start to find groups nearby?
