Bike wont go more that a foot or two

just finished putting on the motor kit onto my old skool bike that was laying around in my garage and i remembered that i left my gas at my friends house so i dicided to ride the bike there it worked fine clutch seemed fine finally i put the oil and gas mix and put it into the tank tryed starting it didnt work tryed another time didnt work but this time i was holding the clutch but the rear wheel was not going more that a few feet someone help

clutch works
goes for couple feet then locks

maybe chain is too loose and binding on the sprocket
