    Hello Everyone,
This is my first motorized bike project and it's been a lot of fun. This bike started life as a 1940's Ben Hur cruiser. I made the gas tank and oil tank out of aluminum. There was some other fabrication that had to be done also. The whole bike was taken apart, sandblasted and repainted. The whole project has taken me about a month and a halve working on it here and there. I still need to do a few minor things.

That's your first motorbike build? What did you build before the motorbike? A jet plane? That's a great looking motorbike.

That is a sweet looking thang. Where did u get the seat from? I'm looking for a seat that will be as close as possible to the back tire, almost like this one but have t had too much luck :(

I really like the headlight as well. Does that connect to the white wire from the motor or just click on and off LED type thing?

    Thx!

Thanks! I got the seat from a local bike shop that sells some vintage bike parts. I had to modify it a little to fit the way I wanted it to. I'll post some picks of the mod I had to make. It's not to hard to do. The light Is not hooked up yet . I recently bought a really cool looking old brass carbide acetylene light I may use instead. I've still got a few things to do but It's really close to being done.

The engine turning on the motor covers is a nice touch.
