BOGGING TRIED ALL CArb TRICKS?? HELP??

BOGGING REAL BAD A 3/4 full throttel! feels like its 4 stroking i have many kits so tried new carb ! tried needle adjusments! runs beter at 2nd from the top!! does the idel screw have any thing to do with it!!??
help plz!!!

I did a search for "bogging 3/4 throttle" and found this jewel:

Is this engine NEW ? if so, some of these new engines are really tight & require a few tanks of fuel (& miles) to break-in and run at higher rpm's.
If this is the case, my advice would be to be gentle on the throttle, opening occasionally, but don't push against the bog too hard. Your engine will tell you when it's ready.
