Broken vent on gas cap?

My gas cap isn't venting right. I took the gas like off and turn the petCOCK on and it doesn't flow. If i turn the gas cap jusg a little bit it still doesnt flow but when i take the gas cap off completely it flow like a horse peeing. Lol. Any fixes for this?

if you're good with a drill, you can drill in thru the side of the cap (easy to break a drill bit getting thru both parts tho) - otherwise, you can just drill right down thru the top of the cap

Yea i just drilled staright on the too of the cap. Works like a charm. Thanks bro
