cant get it to fit.. help =(

the problem is, the 2 front bolts that are screwed right into the block are to close togeather to go around the front tube.. they almost make it.... could they bend out a bit?
any ideas?

Could you post a picture of it so we can see how it is, and the room you have for it?

If you bend them out, will the saddle on the mount itself fit the front tube? If so, it's possible, but these engines are know to be weak around the front mount studs, so I would be afraid of breaking the mount.

I would probably put a screw clamp on the frame right where the bolts will go, and squeeze the frame tube in JUST a little bit. That shoudl do it without weakening the frame by drillign a hole in the tube, and allow you to get the bolts around it.
