I had a very odd small problem happen to my NTSpeed carb recently, just thought I'd share along with some pics on general carb function, again for the newbies to intermediates who are scared of floats, tangs and float needles etc.

I appreciate the feedback. It's all about knowledge transfer, makes life easier.:D
 
Has anyone had this issue with the float taking in gas and not floating? I'm worried that excess heat from the high compression head might have caused the float tang to heat up enough to melt the float donut.????
