Centrifugal Cent clutch lubrication

Hello,
I ordered a Centrifugal clutch for a 80cc chinese,
And it came with sticky red gel on its ball bearing and drive shaft
And on the website I ordered from written that no lubrication needed
but it seems like the shaft will just roll with the bell because of the gel
Do I need to clean it and put lubricant?
or the gel itself is a lube?

Yes I did and I bought it from US store
