Cheap HP pipe?

hey i want a new exhaust but dont want to pay 60 bucks so i found this:

You never know what you get till you take it apart. I'm doing some mods and I took apart a pipe after terrible performance. Well it was flexing the rpm's and that causes more damage then good. So beware.

You need flow master 101 course.
I achieved more as this is my first build as far as adapting racing techniques to this industry.
Its really self explanitory as your achievement of 35mph while I'm at over 70mph.

c'mon tell us, pulling off the end cap on your stock muffler got you to 70 plus mph.
