well the 48cc bike that had the sheared bolt has today a stuck clutch, it's stuck in the drive position so the bike will start and drive the wheel, but we can't disengage the clutch, there is no tension in the clutch handle/arm at all. i don't know what's happened or what exactly to do, if anyone has any ideas/pics/vids/walkthrough that would be awesome

note: i do have a spare48cc HT engine cutch assembly spare, just don't know what to do.

is there supposed to be a small bearing behind the pin ?

so does it go like this

Clutch arm > clutch pin> bearing ?

how may i ask do i check the bearing ? and if needed replace ?

you have the order right
a magnet will help pull bearing out...or you could tip engine sideways and give a shake
the bearing should just fall out

I hate to see you have to take it to a shop to pay some guy to learn about your engine.
Have you had the right side cover off to see what's going on? If your levers are OK and the rod is not bent and the ball bearing is still OK, I would think it has to be a problem on the right side. I wonder if the "cam" (the part that, when it turns/twists , pushes on the rod) is worn out or damaged and is just not pushing. They do come apart, you should have a look.
