[Clutch] How do I install a brake/clutch lever combo?

I have a Dax kit that I'm almost done installing. I'm stuck on installing the brake/clutch lever combo. I've attached a picture.

As pictured, the brake cable is going into the upper barrel. I assume put a barrel on the lower hole and run the clutch cable to it...but where does it attach to?

that's your clutch lever (extra hole is for brake light button if used for brakes

most folks hook clutch to it & set it to hang down a bit, the hook rear brake to another lever set a bit higher (you'll only pull one at a time)
