I have about 500 miles on my motor. My clutch has always been bad and it falls out of adjustment a lot. Eventually, it stopped working altogether. I disassembled the clutch cover and found that no matter how much I move the clutch lever, the flower nut will never move. There is a lot of play in the lever, but it still has resistance to it.
As a side note, my screws are welded in so I can't open up the drive side. I had to tear off half the cover to even install my chain. This might be the cause of the issue? I can only make repairs from the transmission side. Damn chinese motors.
