Was tearing down an engine just now , seems where the puller is meant to thread on to pull the clutch was never threaded! any ideas how I can get it off . I don't have anything to cut a thread that size

take off drive sprocket on other side and pull whole shaft out - set it over vise opening and knock shaft down thru hub

Cool! I didn't know if it'd push through I have drive sprocket off , had just managed to cut some thread using the puller haha only about 2 threads so didn't want to try pull it.

anyway i got everything apart , reason was the edge of the crankwheel was extremely jagged like it was grinding on something took whole thing apart but found nothing musta just been the way the crankwheels were installed but the other is considerably smoother (altho not as smooth as other engines)
