I am almost done restoring the Columbia / Whizzer bike. Now I am having a problem re-installing the chain guard. The bottom motor mount is exactly where the chain guard normally attaches to the bike frame. I am thinking of re-engineering it to use brackets elsewhere. Any suggestions are appreciated. Attached is photo of guard before final color paint.
