Jackshaft crank cassette issuse

the cassette and freewheel when installed to my bike scrape against my frame

You need some kid of spacer there to get your clearance.

i tried to add a piece of rubber but then the nut to hold the crank on doesn't go on all the way

Your freewheel goes on the inside. You have not installed yours correctly.

i will have to see if it lines up correctly once i get the free wheel off
