crf50 with pedals????

ok so where i live it is considered a motorized bike to have a crf50 with pedals mounted on it to have the option of human power but the thing is how to get them to work.. ive tried many different ways and kind find a way yet.. i have a crf 50 with larger suspension and 14inch rims with supermoto tires.. any ideas??

There is a kit called the motoped that does exactly that, but it is not cheap.
