Current happenings at Whizzer USA?

Hi - Anyone out there know what happened at Whizzer USA? I ordered something from their on-line catelog on July 23, 2011, got an immediate confirmation of my order, but my credit card was never billed, I haven't received my order, emails do not get answered and the phone voice mail box is full and I can't even leave a message. Hopefuly it's something simple like everyone on summervacation, but during the summer? But, I'm a newbe. Maybe they don't actually exist.

Since the last post I have tried several times to call Whizzer USA with no answer, but then received several emails and a phone call from Debbie herself at Whizzer USA. She is very conscientious. The item I wanted, (Service Manual) had been on order, arrived and was sent out to me yesterday. She did say that most of the items listed on the site are in stock.

Good to know! I was debating on getting one of their bikes if I could scrape together the money. . .
