Custom clutch mods?

Hey guys,

I was just wondering if anyone out there had ever done up a custom clutch system.

I was thinking itd be really good to have the clutch handle actually disengage the chain from the wheel rather than disengaging the sprocket from the main drive cog, as this would make it completely silent and as easy to ride with the clutch in as if there was no engine on there at all, which would also be a great feature when the **** cheap things break down!

I can think of a way to accomplish it, but was just wondering if anyone had attempted any kind of custom system before?

Now that's something i could use - a billet multi-plate wet clutch with an excellent level of modulation.
