Exhaust Damage threads Muffler intake. Mechanic or Advice?

I'm in need of some real help my intake holes threads where the muffler goes is damaged & the screws keeps coming out. I the only thing i can think of to fix this is to replace the cylinder body. i heard other people say something about drilling or helicoil it. Any Help or if your in the Philadelphia area & have a i don't mind working something out with you if your flexible & have a solution to fix this.
