So. I finally finished the blue bike. Again. Replaced the low rise bars with some mini apes. Makes for a real comfortable ride. I've got BBs in the bars to reduce the vibration. But that's gone way down since I remounted the engine. I repositioned the cdi while I was at it. I like its spot much better now. Hit a top speed of a little over 33mph but I think it was running a bit lean due to loose head bolts and spark plug. All in all tho, this random 80cc, not sure what was done wrong with it, Craigslist engine is going ok so far. Still waiting for my brake light in the mail but once it arrives I'll be setting out to get it registered.
