That may have been a "right hook". Big truck overtakes bicyclist,then turns right on him. This is why you never want to pass on the right!

He most likely had that bike to get around on because they had already suspended his driver license for a DUI.

These DUI scooter/moped/ motorbicyclists have done a lot of damage. Thank God they are generally not the types to do any serious bicycle riding!

Drunk driving (in cars) is a huge problem in my part of Texas. It makes sense that the problem spills over into bicycles and motorized bicycles.

Drunks on mopeds/scooters/ motorized bicycles have ruined it for everyone.:-/
