I recently rode my Chinese 2 stroke on a 14 mile round trip to the store with no ploblems and decided to ride again before sunset and bike wouldn't start after trouble shooting I determined the magneto loop had failed, ordered a new one and installed it, fired right up after and after a short ride I killed the engine and after a couple hours tried to start it and same as before it wouldn't start so I'm asking is there a doctor in the house that can tell me what could be going wrong?

a loose connection can cause excessively high voltage which would cause an internal arc, shorting it out and ruining it.
the connections should be soldered together, not crimped.
make sure to take the shellac off where the 4 screw heads touch since that is the spark plugs ground path.
