Hey all..

Just curious ..Ive been building bikes with coaster brakes..each one I have to grind the dust cap down...does anyone sell these dust caps already fit?

thanks!

RJ

I sell sprockets with the hole opened up to fit - $8 exchange when I sell a kit

if a bike comes in for repair that was built without the cap - I make a plastic cap out of a gallon milk jug cap that fits & seals well in the standard hole, but wears a bit after a few months (easy to replace tho) - I sharpened the end of a 7/8 seat post to cut a circle in center of cap, then exacto-knife the threads off

camera is crappy, but you may get the idea - tool is piece cut off old seat post then sharpened (from inside) to get nice 7/8 circle cut
