My first attempt....the second will be a 4-stroke(hopefually) approximately costing twice as much.

Nice, what did you do at the chain tensioner?

Nice bike. A 4-stroke may cost twice as much, but perhaps the increases in power and reliability will make it a bargain.

I replaced the original "tensioner" with one from a trail bike...i also replaced the crappy Chinese chain for a KMC 415H.Since then everything has been perfect....no stretch and never and adjustment.

Their two 12V LED "Monza" driving lights with 29 LEDS in each.I got them from K-Mart.
As driving lights u can't take them seriously(cos they spread out too much) but as bicycle lights their fine.
I have them connected via a 3 way switch...off/1 light on/2 lights on.
  10. I like how you keep your coil wires tidied up. Need more info on your lights. 12 volt? Generator?Battery?
    Cool bike.

All the info u need is here....i also have a 12V LED tail-light running all the time for safety.
MY rule of thumb is....if the bike starts and runs with the headlights on then your not overloading the electrical system.
