Engine Kit?

Hello, i'm building a motorized engine. I'm wondering which kit is the fastest? i have been looking at starfire 70ccs and DAX 70cc's which of them is faster? is there even a faster kit than this?

they should both be the same thing they have the same displacement so its all in how you modiify it if you choose to but read read read there is probably something in the forum about this if you look hard enough
